	BRIE LAFORGIA Artistic Director Brie is a true artist at heart. Her mediums have been canvas, wood, fabric and anything else that she can find to produce her creations on since the age of 10. For the past 6 years, her main medium has been hair. “I have such a true passion for my craft and the fact that I can design and customize for each individual client everyday is a dream to me”. Brie has had advanced training at REDKEN 5th AVE in New York and specializes in all aspects of hair design. “The color, the cut …….it’s so important that they have a marriage and exist cohesively ………more importantly, that they are perfect for the client and their lifestyle”. Brie describes her work as modern, fresh, fashion forward and realistic. “I love beautiful, healthy hair! With the right hair care, color and cut, we can obtain your dream hair……..It’s what it’s all about!”

	ANN LAFORGIA Senior Artistic Director Born and raised in Rome, Italy, Ann has always had a fascination with the hair and beauty industry. Her name has been sought after for over 30 years and has studied with renowned artists such as Nick Arrojo, from TLC’s What Not To Wear and various artists through Goldwell, Wella, Redken, Pureology and T.I.G.I. Ann continues to educate herself with innovative techniques to produce today’s fashion forward trends. Catering to the old and the new, Ann has a wide variety of skills to produce anyone’s desired result.

	JESSICA LADA Level 2 Stylist Jessica first started her career over 6 years ago. She has studied with Redken’s most elite artists such as Sam Villa, Patrick Mcivor and George Garcia. Jessica uses her artistic visions and innovative techniques to create beautiful, fashion forward designs. “..I believe with a strong knowledge of the physical structure, texture, and condition of the hair, you will understand how your hair will behave. You can then tackle bad hair days or even uncover the hidden beauty your hair may have…” Jessica attends educational classes through the Redken Exchange 5th AVE year round. Specializing in advanced color and cutting techniques, she is equipped with the knowledge to meet all of your hair goals. Whether you want to add fun splashes of color to enhance a cutting edge design or keep things soft, natural, and luxurious. Jessica is also a renowned Redken Certified Haircolorist. As a member of this elite group of colorists, she is nationally recognized for her expertise and commitment to excellence.

	LEE HELLE Level 1 Stylist Influenced by art, Lee first started his career over 4 years ago. Lee brings a lot to the table when it comes to hair design. He has attended the Vidal Sassoon Academy in California for precision cutting and numerous classes in New York at the Tony & Guy Academy. Every year Lee continues to update his color and cutting techniques to ensure he is geared to tackle any challenge that comes his way. In Lee’s personal life, he is an accomplished athlete by participating in numerous fund raising races and triathlons. Every day he pushes his mind, body and spirit to the max. No matter what lee does he gives 110% and is eager to please.
